Good news, we have resolved the issue with the subsection of Hives. All devices have been configured and operating correctly during the monitoring period. This was caused by an error in Hive update configuration and affected some of our users' devices, creating a data outage for some or all of the period between 2023-04-20 20:05:54 UTC and 2023-04-21 01:07:06 UTC.
